The Nová Palúdzka 2 project comprises the construction of three new apartment buildings. The buildings include the construction of 47 apartments together with technical infrastructure. The buildings will feature two and three-bedroom apartments, each with its own balcony or terrace. We are building this project on a turnkey basis, so the apartment buildings will be handed over ready for the investor to simply begin the occupancy approval process.
