The Nová Cvernovka mixed-use complex offers 158 apartments. The building rises to 34 storeys above ground, of which the first two floors will serve public amenity needs — retail and offices. The rest of the building is residential: floors 3–6 will hold 24 apartments, floors 7–28 will hold standard apartments, floors 29–31 will hold apartments with high ceilings allowing for a mezzanine, and floors 32–34 will hold the most luxurious five-bedroom apartments, with the largest, on floor 34, also having access to a terrace. The building is planned to hold 158 apartments in total. Building D, the high-rise tower, is 118 metres tall. Its footprint measures 26×22 metres, giving the building a notably slender appearance.
