ALTESSA – residential cottages, Kubínska hoľa

Altessa Residence is an intimate mountain cottage project located directly on the slope of the Kubínska hoľa ski resort. It is being built in a unique location that combines direct contact with nature, privacy and the comfort of modern living.

The project consists of a limited number of 18 cottages, preserving its exclusive character and peaceful setting without the disruption of mass development. Each cottage is designed with an emphasis on timeless architecture, quality materials and functional layouts that reflect the needs of both private and recreational use.
